Exercising during your pregnancy is a great way to help adjusting to your changing body and can help you to get back to your old self after birth. There are some important considerations when exercising during pregnancy so always discuss your fitness with your midwife or GP. Its also important to make sure that your exercise instructor knows how far along you are and whether you have any limiting medical concerns.
