Pregnancy in Mind

Free support with your wellbeing in pregnancy.  

We offer a 6 week group work programme, or 1:1 individual sessions if preferred, called Pregnancy in Mind (PiM). 

It’s for parents-to-be who may be experiencing low level anxiety, mood, stress, worries or depression, or who have the potential to because they are currently going through significant changes and life events.  

A variety of tips and techniques to support our wellbeing in pregnancy and beyond are shared.

Groups are small, friendly and welcoming with no pressure to contribute to discussions.  

Individual weekly calls from practitioners are also offered for additional support if needed, as well as the opportunity to link up with other group members via group chats.
