Mama and Baby Pilates
A four-week Pilates course for post-natal mums. Bring your baby along with you, re-connect with the abdominal region and ease back in to exercise. Find your balance and correct the affects that feeding and carrying your little one has had on the shoulders and spine.
We provide a friendly environment where you can to meet other mums and babies, change and feed as and when suits. All equipment is provided, including blankets for babies to lie on. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
