Talking therapies are a form of treatment that help you overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic and PTSD or even mild to moderate alcohol use.
The therapies operate on the premise that that talking to a professional gives you the chance to explore emotions and thoughts and how they’re connected to mood, behaviour, and even psychological wellbeing.
How does it work?
There are a range of therapy options including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Counselling and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). All of which can be undertaken either on the phone or in person.

Jersey residents over the age of 18 years who suffer from anxiety, worry, sadness or who are just generally feeling low.
